Creation of True North, Values, and Principles to Align People in Continuous Improvement Thinking
Participants will learn:
- To recognize the value of creating a company culture that develops problem awareness at all levels of the organization.
- How each individual’s daily work can be measured to key performance indicators such as Quality, Safety, Productivity and Cost.
- How to link their daily work (line of sight activity) to their True North statement.
- The importance of values and principles that can become tangible actions for all levels of the organization.
