Halifax Health - Hospice 5K
Save the Date for the 22nd Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K on Saturday, November 4 at Port Orange City Center! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that raises funds for the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we continue to be the Top Rated and Most Recommended Hospice in Central Florida. Fees/Admission
$35 registration fee through Thursday, November 2 at noon. Prices increase to $40 at packet pickup and on race day. Children 12 and under receive a free registration with each adult registration.
