REFIT® Dance Fitness Class
REFIT® is a dance cardio and toning class for all ages and fitness levels. We use family-friendly, inspirational songs and cool down with Worship to work your mind, body and soul. Classes are just $3 and $1 from every participant is donated to RaphaHouse.org to rescue children from human trafficking.
