Sound Bath in the Gallery with Morgan McManus

Allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations of love, compassion, acceptance, and empathy. This Month’s theme is Self-Love. Students will be encouraged to embrace their most important love relationship - the one with themselves. Using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, hand drum, shruti box, voice, chimes and more, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket & anything else you may need to be comfortable. Enjoy light refreshments and intention journaling when you arrive. Please arrive no later than 5:30pm; door will close at 5:35pm and late arrivals will not be admitted or refunded. Spots are limited, so registering in advance is highly recommended.
