Line Cook / Kitchen Support – Flip’s Pinball Bar (BOH)

Flip’s Pinball Bar is looking for a reliable Back of House team member to join our small kitchen crew. This position includes working the line, dishwashing, and basic food prep. Our menu is relatively small and straightforward, but we’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized kitchen and working efficiently during service.

What you’ll be doing

• Cooking and assembling menu items during service
• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Basic food prep and stocking
• Helping keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly

Because we’re a small team, everyone helps where needed. Teamwork and a good attitude matter just as much as experience.

Hours

We are expanding our hours and currently plan to be open:

• Tuesday: 4 PM – 9 PM
• Friday: 4 PM – 10 PM
• Saturday: 12 PM – 10 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Monday: 4 PM – 9 PM

Employees are scheduled 30 minutes before opening and 30 minutes after closing for prep and cleanup.

What we’re looking for

• Kitchen or line experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable multitasking between line work, dishes, and prep
