Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong guest relationships
• Explain financing and protection plans & close sales confidently
• Maintain a clean, fun, and safe work environment
• Use CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 2+ years of retail sales experience & computer proficiency preferred
• Local travel for training as needed
