Hi, I’m Mel. My husband and I own Congruent, a consulting firm focused on branding, strategic communications, and board governance. We also operate Strata — a Congruent company — providing accounting and fractional Controller and CFO services for small businesses. Together, our work helps organizations communicate clearly, operate confidently, and grow with intention. When I’m not working, I’m usually planning our next trip or cooking something inspired by where we’ve been, which keeps life creative and balanced.
