About Us

Hi, I’m Lise Forte, a REALTOR® with LoKation Real Estate serving Ormond Beach and communities throughout Coastal Volusia. I’ve called this area home since 1981 and have been a licensed real estate professional since 2011. I combine decades of local knowledge with a background in business, marketing and technology to help my clients make informed real estate decisions.

I work with buyers and sellers of homes, condos, waterfront and oceanfront properties, new construction, investment properties and second homes. I also assist property owners facing more complex circumstances, including short sales, potential foreclosure, inherited and estate properties, divorce-related sales and financial hardship.

For sellers, we’ll develop a pricing and marketing strategy based on your property, the market and your goals. If you’re buying, I’ll guide you from the initial property search and evaluation through negotiations and closing.

As an FAA-licensed drone pilot, I bring an additional perspective to real estate, with firsthand experience viewing properties, neighborhoods and coastal areas from the air. That experience complements my local knowledge and approach to property marketing.
