What to Expect:  7th Heaven Sound Baths offers immersive small group experiences using crystal singing bowls, chimes and acoustic instruments that mimic the sounds of nature to promote deep relaxation.  Recline in a zero-gravity chair, let healing frequencies wash over you, and effortlessly enter a meditative state - no experience needed.  Whether for stress relief, mindfulness, or holistic healing, our serene space provides a natural pathway to peace and well-being.

Where & When:  The 7th Heaven Sound Baths studio is located at 725 W. Granada Blvd, Suite 11, Ormond Beach in the Granada Professional Center.  The studio is open for small group Sound Baths on Wed, Thurs and Sat.  Advance online reservations are required (no walk-ins).
